Exclusive Venue Access

Enjoy exclusive access to the beautiful Long Acre Lovedale property for two hours — the perfect amount of time to soak in the scenery, capture stunning photos, and celebrate your special moment in a peaceful, private setting.

The Celebrant

Your ceremony will be led by David from Little Crow Ceremonies, who keeps things simple, personal, and heartfelt. In just 15–20 minutes, he’ll share a little of your love story and guide you through a relaxed, meaningful ceremony. David is always just a text or call away for support, and he takes care of all the legal paperwork — including lodging your NSW BDM marriage certificate — so you can focus on enjoying your special day.

Professional Photography

Your wedding photographer, Mark Benny, is an award-winning professional with nearly 20 years of experience and over 400 weddings captured. With his calm and friendly approach, Mark creates a relaxed atmosphere that lets your natural connection shine. No awkward poses, just genuine moments, beautiful light, and timeless images that capture the heart of your day.

Wedding Arbor

Choose the perfect backdrop for your vows with our wedding arbour, set in a peaceful private rural setting, natural surrounds or in our private gardens. Whether you prefer open country views or a garden full of colour and charm, your ceremony will feel intimate, romantic, and effortlessly timeless.

Bench Seats

Your ceremony will be beautifully set with elegant white bench seating for up to 10 guests, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Long Acre.

Witnesses

If it’s just the two of you, you’ll be in the best hands. Mark, your photographer, and Henry, the co-owner of Long Acre, will be there as your witnesses, making sure your special moment is as seamless, relaxed, and memorable as possible. All you need to do is show up, say “I do,” and enjoy the day.

Bookings

Bookings are available Monday to Thursday with at least one month’s notice.
For Friday to Sunday elopements, we accept bookings up to three months in advance.
We don’t take weekend bookings further ahead than this to keep things flexible for all couples.

To make everything official, you’ll need to complete a Notice of Intended Marriage with your celebrant at least four weeks before your ceremony date. Your celebrant will walk you through this and take care of all the remaining legal paperwork, making the whole process easy and stress free.

You need the two of you, a celebrant, and two witnesses who are over 18 and able to read and understand English. You can bring your own witnesses if you like, or Long Acre includes them for you.

Elopement Payment Policy

To assist couples (and others) schedule and budget for their ceremonies, Long Acre provides the following payment schedule for elopements:

Booking Fees:

Payable within 7 days of initial meeting with the celebrant (phone or face to face)
$250 per event - non-refundable

Balance Payment

Within 21 days of scheduled ceremony
Refundable in the event of natural disaster or event causing community shutdown
Refund considered if another booking can be made for the same date
Refunds only payable to person making initial payment

Once upon a time, “eloping” meant running off to Vegas in secret with Elvis as your witness — but times have definitely changed! These days, an elopement is all about stripping things back to what really matters: you two. It’s an intentionally small, intimate ceremony — usually just the couple, a celebrant, and two witnesses — where the focus is connection, not coordination. No seating charts, no stress, no timelines to follow. Just a beautiful spot to say I do.

And then there’s the micro wedding.

A micro wedding is like a traditional wedding, but with the volume turned way down. You still get the celebration, the food, the styling, the laughter — but with a smaller guest list (think 20–40 of your favourite people) and a more relaxed feel. It’s perfect for couples who want the magic of a wedding day, minus the overwhelm.
